In health news...Italian researchers have linked heavy doses of coffee with heart disease based on the diet of those who drink it.It found that people who drink a lot of coffee also tend to eat more whole fat dairy and red meat ...while those who went light on the caffeine were more likely to stick to a Mediterranean -style diet.As a result ...

The coffee drinkers showed a higher risk for atrial fibrillation ...which is a common form of heart arrhythmia.There is hope for coffee lovers willing to pick their poison though...Heart disease risk was less for coffee drinkers with otherwise healthy eating habits.
