Coffee has been the subject of research for decades and the results consistently show that coffee is more healthful than harmful. Research takes place daily on coffee, caffeine and health around the world. One of the only things to take into consideration about daily coffee consumption is whether or not you are sensitive to caffeine. If you are someone who has issues with anxiety, caffeine can increase the risk of a panic attack or anxiety issues.

Because coffee is a stimulant, the caffeine inside can give a boost to your metabolism, helping with weight loss and energy levels. If you look at the ingredients listed for most over-the-counter weight loss aids, you'll find caffeine is often a primary ingredient. For instance coffee is considered to be a very potent source of antioxidants. In fact the majority of Americans rely on coffee for their daily intake of antioxidants. In case you don't know what antioxidants are, these are chemicals which are known to be good anti-cancer compounds.

Caffeine, of course, is the main ingredient in your cup of java. Researchers have proven that a safe amount would be one or two cups a day. When more than two cups are exceeded your body may suffer the negative effects. For the past years, coffee has been viewed as just a worldly indulgence that can only cause dangers to health. One of the greatest mistakes was focusing studies on the main and more popular substance of coffee-which is caffeine.

There are even further studies touting the benefits of drinking coffee. Six studies indicate that people who drink coffee regularly are up to 80 percent less likely to develop Parkinson's disease. Another benefit caffeine has is that it helps relieve constricted airways. This is great for asthmatics. The compound reacts with the body systems and relaxes your breathing passages so you can breathe better. Of course, many people over the years have used coffee as a natural pain reliever, such as those that have a hangover. Of course, the hangover itself is due to the body being dehydrated from the amount of alcohol consumed the night before.

Numerous evidences have collectively been gathered to prove that coffee consumption lessens the risks of Parkinson's Disease. Even those who are already suffering from the disease can greatly be benefited by drinking coffee as it helps relieve the symptoms as well protect the nerve cells. Drinking coffee with moderation is ok and even healthy. Make sure you pick a good natural brand of coffee and stick with it. Coffee is also a great way to socialize and tell stories to your friends.
