Coffee fueled budget

In the introduction to his department's 2010 Budget Review, tabled on Wednesday, he said his staff continued to deliver work of exceptional quality, scouring the globe for better ways to present the Budget. Accordingly, to avert a major productivity crisis, we had to buy the Budget Office a new coffee machine. "And so, complete with the stains of good coffee, we present to you the 2010 Budget," he said.
